Here is my first effort. It needs tweaking as it looks like it's been live traced! But I think ones I have sharpened up the edges more like the 'p' is should look better. I am going to try and sketch out the other 22 letters of the alphabet and glyphs by hand to try and get the letter forms right on paper before I start trying to produce them in illustrator.
